✨ No hidden fees. No extras. Just one clear investment based on your school’s size, simple, fair, and accessible for everyone. Whole School & Keynote Pricing Small School (up to 25 participants): Flat rate $2,500 Medium School (26–45 participants): $2,500 plus $100 per additional person, capped at $3,500 Large School (46–65 participants): $100 per additional person, capped at $5,000 (+GST) ADDITIONAL charges are as follows: Hotel accommodation (if required) $50 per day food Mileage ($.65 per/km) Flight / Car Rental, Airfare (If required ) This cost can be reduced if other schools in your area hold workshops around the same time. The cost is then divided equally between the schools holding workshops . |

1. How is this workshop customized?
Before we come, your staff complete a Pre-Workshop Reflection. That provides us with: ~ What’s working ~ Where staff feel stretched ~ Behaviour trends ~ Burnout warning signs ~ System alignment strengths & Weaknesses ~ Cultural or community priorities 2. Do you work with Indigenous schools & is this framework Indigenized for Public Schools? Yes. The Emotional Schools Framework is grounded in Indigenous-informed practice, the Medicine Wheel, and community partnership. Many of the schools we partner with are Indigenous communities rebuilding culture, safety, and identity. 3. Is this a “behaviour workshop”? Partially, but it’s actually a school culture alignment workshop. We address behaviour through emotional intelligence, relationships, systems, and rhythm, not fear, rewards, or punishment. |
4. Do all staff attend?
Yes. Teachers, EAs, clerical staff, youth workers, Indigenous Support Worksers, principals — EVERYONE. Culture only works when everyone speaks the same language. 5. What will we Leave With?~ A grounded, school-specific year plan ~ Shared emotional and behaviour language ~ System alignment across classrooms and staff groups ~ Strategies to reduce emotional overload ~ A culture that feels calmer, safer, and more connected 6. Will we get tools after the workshop? You receive: ~ Implementation plans for teachers & Admin & Facilitation Guides ~ Pathway & core competency posters ~ Reflection tools ~ Follow-up support options (Zoom, Teams, Skype, Email) 7.
